NOTICE OF INTERRUPTION OF WATER SERVICES TO ALL ST. MALO UTILITY USERS - July 6, 2026
For Immediate Release - AMENDMENT Date: June 30, 2026
AMENDMENT TO PUBLIC NOTICE – WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION Please be advised that the previously scheduled water service interruption for Monday, July 6th has been amended. Due to the nature of the work being performed, the water service interruption will now begin earlier that originally scheduled. The revised service interruption will occur from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on July 6, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary work is completed.
RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF DE SALABERRY ISSUES A NOTICE OF INTERRUPTION OF WATER SERVICES TO ALL ST. MALO UTILITY USERS. Date: July 6, 2026 Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The Rural Municipality of De Salaberry advises all St. Malo utility users that due to scheduled work at the water treatment plant taking place on July 6th at 9:00 a.m. and ending on July 6th at 5:00 p.m., there WILL be a temporary shut down of water services during this period. A boil water advisory will be issued starting at 9:00 a.m. on July 6th, 2026. The water pressure will be restored at 5:00 p.m. on July 6th, 2026 but the advisory will remain in place until it is communicated to remove the notice.
The Rural Municipality of De Salaberry will release another notice on July 6, 2026, regarding the Boil Water Advisory.
To prepare for the water interruption, the Rural Municipality of De Salaberry recommends that residents put aside drinking water and proactively fill bathtubs with water for toilet flushing.
